How to Measure Your Dog

Introduce the carrier at home for a few minutes before attempting an outdoor trip. Never force a frightened or struggling dog into it.
Important Safety Information
This carrier is intended for short, supervised carrying sessions. It is not suitable for prolonged confinement.
Before every use, inspect the straps, stitching, buckles, mesh, padding and leg openings. Stop using the carrier if any part becomes loose, torn or damaged.
Your dog’s legs must remain in a natural position without pinching, rubbing or restricted circulation. Remove the carrier immediately if your dog struggles, pants excessively, becomes distressed or appears uncomfortable.
Always support your dog underneath when lifting, lowering or adjusting the carrier. Never lift the carrier using only one strap.
Do not use it while running, cycling, driving, climbing or operating a motorcycle. Keep your dog away from escalators, moving machinery and other hazards.
This carrier is not crash-tested, airline-approved or designed to restrain a pet inside a vehicle. The RSPCA and PDSA recommend using a suitable secured carrier or restraint for vehicle travel.
Care Instructions
Follow the sewn-in care label supplied with the carrier. Remove loose accessories and close all fastenings before cleaning.
Use a damp cloth for minor marks and allow the carrier to air-dry completely.

Is this carrier suitable for large dogs?
No. The largest size is recommended for pets weighing approximately 6–7.5kg. The chest, back and leg-spacing measurements must also match.
Can I wear it on my back?
The supplier describes this as a chest carrier. Only advertise back carrying if the instructions specifically approve that wearing position.
Can cats use this carrier?
It may be suitable for a calm, harness-trained cat whose measurements match the size chart. Many cats will not tolerate a legs-out position, so introduce it gradually and supervise continuously.
Can my dog remain inside for a long journey?
No. It is designed for short carrying periods. Give your dog regular opportunities to walk, stretch, drink and toilet.
Is it suitable for car travel?
No. This product is not confirmed as a crash-tested vehicle restraint or secured car carrier.
Is the bear toy included?
The photographs show a decorative bear in the front pocket, but the supplier packing list must confirm whether it is included.
Is the carrier waterproof?
